Statement of withdrawal

Pursuant to Hungarian and international law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the goods without giving any reasons. You must indicate your intention in writing (info@najadefins.org) before the 14 working day deadline and with proof of receipt. Please provide the information in the statement of withdrawal, that is required to manage the return process. After our confirmation, you must arrange for the return of the product within 14 days, and the related costs will be borne by you. The price of the returned products will be reimbursed by bank transfer, with a maximum deadline of 14 days, except that the return of the product will take longer. We are unable to pick up a package returned by cash on delivery. In the case of the products we deliver, you have the right to open the packaging and try the product. However, we may claim compensation for damage resulting from improper use. We will not be able to fulfill your obligation to repay until we have received the returned product or until we have received your credible proof that the product has been returned. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the earlier date must be taken into account.
